Blog Awards Ireland Food & Drink Finalists

The finalists list for the inaugural Blog Awards Ireland (not to be confused with the Irish Blog Awards) has been released. With a short list that included around 50 blogs in the food and drink category, the short list for the event, taking place on October 13 features seven, and includes:

• Edible Ireland
• Donal Skehan
• Nessa’s Family Kitchen
• Bake For The Border
• Wise Words
• Like Mam Used To Bake
• Food Belfast

There are still early bird tickets available for the event, and if they run out the price goes up to €50. Tickets include dinner at the Osprey Hotel in Naas plus the events on the night.

Best of luck to those in the finalists lists in each category, hopefully it draws more attention to your blogs! Much like other competitions and previous years at the Irish Blog Awards, each of the categories throw up a few surprises and fresh faces as well so do take the time to check them out.

Best of look too to the organisers on their first event. I’ve had my own tickets a while, looking forward to seeing how it all comes together on the night.
