Nothing like some encouragement from your mother when it comes to this kind of thing, eh? All healthy recipes and suggestions for home cooking are welcome!

Brilliant Ken. I have seen how determined you have been in the past and how successful you have been in your endeavours. You rock, no matter what you put your mind to. Go, Ken, go. !!

Stop the lights. Pure debauchery on the food front. Christmas was good, engagement dinners and celebrations have taken their toll and there is nothing like a Devious show to put you in the mood for food.

If I can keep into detoxing myself for the month, I have a series planned for April on 30 days of home cooking. Up for a challenge?

I'm about to embark on something similar. Christmas was bad with a serious amount of over-eating and indulging.

Apart from the swimming lessons - which are now gone - I haven't set foot on a cross trainer since January and feeling every ounce of the side-effects.

Best of luck with it - will be checking in for ideas on how to get back on a healthier buzz!
