Pork: How Do You Cut Yours?

I’ve never been completely up on my cuts of pork and only last week discovered what a ‘hock’ was. Hat tip to locals Balief Farm Foods for the link, via The Ginger Pig, the Kilkenny-based startup moving into beef with a piedmontese beef delivery due in time for the All Ireland final replay. Guess there’ll be roast beef on that Sunday.
